PEP TALK: Friends of Gilmer Animal Shelter

Sylvia Harris of the Friends of Gilmer Animal Shelter (FOGAS) educates the community on this non-profit organization and how it works in concert with the Gilmer Animal Shelter. FOGAS provides donations, equipment, and essential special services to the animal shelter. The organization is currently seeking volunteers and donations.
